With ISO 9001: 2000 quality control system we are doing our best to ensure that all products listed in our website are of good quality meanwhile we will help customers to resolve problems through online email service and parts return-for-replacement for all the time with shipping charge for customer's account. Also customers can order parts or assemblies for machines for their own after sales service at any time.
Return Shipment: Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. Unless authorized and prepaid, return will be delayed in processing.
Please note: insure the return shipment yourself.

| 5. About Radiator Samples, hardness test block samples |
We would like to supply any radiator samples after specifications and drawings confirmed by customers and upon the sample fee including freight paid by customers we will send the sample out ASAP.
Above mentioned sample fee with freight will be returned to customers in next formal orders.
Hardness test block sample fee same as the above.
